Absouletly the worst place to buy a car! !! I would steer clear from this used car lot!! 5 hrs jus waiting around and then 1hr after driving the car they sold me the transmission went out! St !! Stranded in phx no way home i beg for hrs to finally get a ride. They towed there peice of xxxx car back and told me they where sorry etc and they would 1 fix the warranty so it reflected my new day of picknup and deliver it to me. A week later they tell me it needed a new transmission! 3 weeks they kept the car and I asked almost everyday with there warranty dept manager Jerry they would 1 deliver it as they've said and 2 fix the date of the warranty. When it was over they refused to deliver the car they promised to and I lost 3 weeks on a 3 month warranty. Customer service is appealing Jerry shouldn't have a job after hanging up on me and refusing to find anyone with answers he couldn't answer. I called for 3 weeks bout this car and got nothing but runaround lies and more lies dishonest company dishonest sales people and xxxxty cars. As a family owned business they care less bout other people's needs and family its such a shame!! I have all txt messages of the lies they said and now refuse to do how xxxxty! Do not go here unless you want poor customer service xxxxty vehicles and And run around from the service department More

While the car buying experience was relatively good ( 03/15/2026 ), two days later the 2020 Kia Niro broke down. I called them ( 03/17/2026 ) and there was no rep available to answer the phone. And so I ended up leaving a voicemail message. I also used the chat/text function on their website to communicate my problem with them as well. And still no reply as of yet :( In the meantime, the car is at the dealer who will run a diagnostic letting me know what's wrong. I will provide further updates letting you guys know what the diagnosis was and if this used car dealership ( New Deal ) actually makes things right. To have this serious and sudden issue happen only 2 days after purchase raises some questions and concerns. And I'm rather appalled that I didn't get a call back before close of business on 03/17 with still 5 or 6 hours remaining in the business day ( Tuesday ). Was I sold a lemon? We'll soon find out! More

I was sold a Lemon. The car has not been in my possession even a month and they have not been able to fix the issues with it. Brakes grind at a complete stop and squeak, The car has not been in my possession even a month and they have not been able to fix the issues with it. Brakes grind at a complete stop and squeak, will not shift properly and the seat can not be adjusted. I could not complete a 3 hour trip up north since the car would not go past 40mph uphill and would not shift gears at all. I had to turn around and head home in fear I would break down in the middle of nowhere while on my own. I have video proof of the car not being able to climb the hill and the dealership wouldn't even take a look. This is all after they refused my trade in, refused my first loan so I had to go back and get another bank to finance and the repairs they did on the brakes, which I'm starting to believe never happened as the brakes still squeak, which the guy told me to "spray some brake cleaner and they're good to go". Repairs should not be my responsibility especially if the car is under warranty but was also told it can only be fixed by their 3rd party mechanic that they have some sort of deal with because if I was to take it anywhere I pay out of pocket or they could void my warranty so I can't even get a second opinion in the matter. It's their way or no way. Also, rude to have a man raise his voice to a lady in front of other potential customers as I tried to warn the other people in the lobby of their poor customer service. They lose nothing by refunding me my down payment and restocking the car to sell it to the next poor victim that falls for it. Either way they get their money! Also true you are forced to leave a 5-star review ,they will check before they hand you the card, in order to get a measly $20 gas card to Quik Trip. More

Just purchased my new used car from New Deal and the process was painless. I feel like I got a great deal. $5,000.00 for my new Accord. This is the place to come! Seems to be a normal place. Not in any sort of hurry to sell you anything but I guess that's ok most the time. Days to reply to cars of interest or to test drive.
