Its hard to do a large grocery shop without being about to open the back of my Highlander. I was so grateful at hoe easy New Country Toyota of Westport made it, and BEST of all the cost was $200 less than quoted! 20,000 mile service. I will start that when I called to make an appointment I got in right away that weekend. I was very happy with that. I was also impressed that we were out within a half hour. I was disappointed that my digital dash mph read out did not boot back up, reset etc. That should have been checked. Also a suggestions that other top dealers around the country do is to wash the vehicle and vacuum the car. That would make the customer feel GREAT getting back in their car. More

Above and Beyond I would like to thank the efforts of Mr. Jeff Carrington, Nick Roberts, and Chris Roberto for their recent help in the purchase of a new 2020 Corolla I would like to thank the efforts of Mr. Jeff Carrington, Nick Roberts, and Chris Roberto for their recent help in the purchase of a new 2020 Corolla for my Mother-in-Law. These gentlemen went above and beyond anyone would expect from a New Car Dealership. My Mother-in-Law who lives in New Jersey was involved in a motor vehicle accident resulting in the complete loss of her vehicle, one week before Thanksgiving. I made one phone call to Jeff Carrington about the situation, and from there the ball was rolling. Mr. Carrington showed compassion for my family member asking if she was ok after the accident. He stated to me that he would take care of all of the important paperwork and the Dealership would deliver the new vehicle to her home. Within one week of her accident, a brand new 2020 Toyota Corolla was delivered to her house, two days before a major holiday. Nick Roberts took the time to explain everything about the car to her and answered all of her questions. He was truly professional, and very personable. She is over the moon about her new car purchased from a family oriented car dealership which will always receive my glowing recommendation. More
