My wife has had to use this dealership and always runs into a problem of omission, neglect and a cavalier attitude. We have lost hubcaps, had incomplete service work done and generally it seems that whe into a problem of omission, neglect and a cavalier attitude. I have told her to use another dealership but she does not listen. I guess this is part our problem but this dealership seems to be run by hustlers. More

I had a very nice experience at Toyota of Westport. The sales and managerial staff were all very friendly and knowledgable. I felt I was treated fairly and would certainly return there in the future. I would NOT recommend this dealer. We were looking at a certified used highlander they had on the lot and were ready to purchase, we just needed financing. We agreed on a price and placed a deposit on the certified used highlander they had on the lot and were ready to purchase, we just needed financing. We agreed on a price and placed a deposit on the vehicle on a wednesday and was told the finance manager would call us the next day (thursday) and we could pick up the car on friday. Did not receive a call on thursday despite leaving several messages looking for an update. No call on friday again. Still no call on saturday. Called and left a message saying we wanted to cancel the deal since we hadn't heard from them and only then do we get a call back. Neither the finance manager or the sales man could understand why we were upset or why we wanted to cancel the deal. No apologies. Didn't even care when we said we no longer wanted that car just said ok. Ended up with a similar vehicle that was $1500 cheaper and a dealership that appreciated our business. More
Blake was rude, condescending and refused to give us a final price for the car we were looking at or even tell us what we would be given for the trade. the servise departement in the dealer will keep you the servise departement in the dealer will keep you waiting for hours, just for a oil change. i took my car back to them after just having it for the servise departement in the dealer will keep you waiting for hours, just for a oil change. i took my car back to them after just having it for a day or two, because of a vibration all they did was move the tire to the back, so when i rotated the tires 15,000 miles later the vibration came back when i went to them they told me the warranty expired.
