Vera Hribar was such a doll. It was/is my first time buying a car. She was a lot of fun and spoke with us freely and openly. Everyone was friendly and we did not feel like we were being xx'd at all. I mentioned to Joe R. that I had come to this dealership last summer to look at Siennas and the sales guy I had talked with was a jerk and he said they have recently changed out a lot of their sales staff and a few managers, so it seems they are making big changes. My experience this time was great - I would totally go back to buy my next Toyota. More

They are the kings of the nickel and dime, bad faith negotiations. Every time your sales rep goes to talk with his manager, at a minimum be prepared for a few hundred dollar bump in what you offer. if y negotiations. New Country Toyota is the king of bad faith negotiating. They will take you out of the market with a good deal, then either not try and find the vehicle you agreed to, or sell it out from underneath you to someone who didnt negotiate as well. All this is in an effort to get you to spend more for a better model and a less advantageous deal. Avoid them like a social disease. More
