Not trust worthy – Bough a certified 09 Camry!! Paid handsome money still I was treated as if I am buying 10 years old car. While selling the car they were nice and polite. Once I paid token money thing handsome money still I was treated as if I am buying 10 years old car. While selling the car they were nice and polite. Once I paid token money things changed and they started dominating. They did not keep their promise for delivery date, clean car, change of parts, etc. They delayed car delivery saying work is being done and finally did $5 car wash and delivered car. There were belongings from previous owner!! Before delivery they promised to take care of scratches on car body but finally gave me car paint and asked to get it done myself!! Bought the car an after lot of wait they promised to get the bumper paint work done. It has been 2 months they are not picking my phone calls. Would not recommend this place at all. More

Very happy with our first service with New Country. Purchased a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle here two weeks ago and the battery died. Toyota Roadside Assistance showed up within 15 -20 minutes and jump-started it, and followed me to the dealer, even though they were not affiliated with the dealer. The dealer checked the electric system and replaced the battery at no charge. They stood behind the purchase, which is what we wanted to hear. Nice job RG More

My wife has had to use this dealership and always runs into a problem of omission, neglect and a cavalier attitude. We have lost hubcaps, had incomplete service work done and generally it seems that whe into a problem of omission, neglect and a cavalier attitude. I have told her to use another dealership but she does not listen. I guess this is part our problem but this dealership seems to be run by hustlers. More

I would NOT recommend this dealer. We were looking at a certified used highlander they had on the lot and were ready to purchase, we just needed financing. We agreed on a price and placed a deposit on the certified used highlander they had on the lot and were ready to purchase, we just needed financing. We agreed on a price and placed a deposit on the vehicle on a wednesday and was told the finance manager would call us the next day (thursday) and we could pick up the car on friday. Did not receive a call on thursday despite leaving several messages looking for an update. No call on friday again. Still no call on saturday. Called and left a message saying we wanted to cancel the deal since we hadn't heard from them and only then do we get a call back. Neither the finance manager or the sales man could understand why we were upset or why we wanted to cancel the deal. No apologies. Didn't even care when we said we no longer wanted that car just said ok. Ended up with a similar vehicle that was $1500 cheaper and a dealership that appreciated our business. More

Blake was rude, condescending and refused to give us a final price for the car we were looking at or even tell us what we would be given for the trade.
