I was in the process of buying a new car and did my research and was 90% positive I wanted a 2014 Toyota Rav 4 so I went to the Toyota Dealer that was the closest to my house; their salesman spent the entire time talking to my husband about trading in his truck for a Toyota Tundra. Needless to say, I left there very disappointed and started looking up other Toyota Dealers online. I emailed New Country about a Rav 4 they had in stock and I received an email back from Jeff, the general manager, within 30 minutes. I told him what happened at the other dealer and made arrangements to leave my husband at home this time and drive the 30 miles to Westport. It was the best decision I ever made. Jeff and Billy made the experience enjoyable. Billy and I went on a 30 minute test drive and by the time we returned to the dealership to talk prices, we already felt like friends. Jeff and Billy never once pressured me to drive, they took the time to explain everything to me (buying versus leasing) and found me the exact car I wanted. I left there without committing to anything but they were still willing to hold the Rav 4 for me until I spoke to my husband. We went and picked up the car three days later and the monthly payments were within cents of what Jeff quoted me before applying for credit. I highly recommend New Country Toyota, Jeff Carrington, and Billy Winn. I will definitely go back to buy another car from these gentlemen. More

Customer Service Satisfaction I have been buying from Toyota for several years and have been fortunate to always have a good experience. This visit was just as good if not better than the past as each person at the dealership is very friendly and tries to make your visit there as pleasant as possible. My wait was minimal and I was informed that I would be helped quickly and I was. I was lucky to have Jose Cordero as my salesperson and he was excellent. I told him what my needs were and he met each of them quickly and had my deal signed in a short amount of time. Jose was able to answer all my questions and even gave answers to questions that I should have asked. It was a pleasure dealing with someone who took their job seriously and did it so well and when dealing with Jose you recieved excellent service. I will gladly recommend him and the dealership to all that I know. I am most pleased once again with my new Camry and I thank you for your time and for meeting my needs. In addition I had the pleasure of speaking with both Ryan McHale and Chirs O'Connell and although my meetings with both were rather brief they made sure I was attended to. Good Honest Dealership I was in the market for a Toyota Highlander Hybrid and believed from initial conversation with sales that there was a warranty that would protect me f I was in the market for a Toyota Highlander Hybrid and believed from initial conversation with sales that there was a warranty that would protect me from having to replace hybrid parts for a number of years. The salesman made an honest mistake indicating that he believed the warranty offered would cover the hybrid parts. I placed a substantial deposit on the vehicle using my credit card. I was calling from across the country, I was planning to ship the vehicle to my destination in western U.S. When I reviewed the warranty contract, I learned that the hybrid parts were not covered under the warranty for the period the salesman indicated. When the mistake was discovered, the dealer could have been hard-nosed and attempted to take a portion of my deposit to settle the matter. I would have been at a distinct disadvantage had they done so. But they were nothing but honest!! The salesman admitted his mistake; the Sales Manager and the General Sales Manager after knowing the whole story willingly refunded my deposit in total. I would be very comfortable dealing with this dealership again!!! More

7 Cars & Counting I just purchased my 7th car for Jeff Carrington (3rd from Nick Roberts). I met Jeff in January 2009 when he was the General Manager of Colonial Toyota. I like his no nonsense, no haggling approach to selling a car. It made car buying fun again, instead of something you dread. Since then, my partner and I have bough 2 additional cars from him, and we have helped my mom buy 2 and my sister 2 and I have referred 4 co-workers to him. In each instance, everyone has vowed to return because they all enjoyed the experience. We enjoy working with Jeff and his team so much we followed him to Toyota of Westport, where the great service has followed. He has a great sense of humor, loves what he does and gets genuinely excited about each sale. The last three vehicles we have had the pleasure of working with Nick Roberts. He is super nice guy, responsive to each question, knowledgeable about the car, etc. Needless to say - we will be back! More
