During that time he presented the many qualities of the Avalon. He also realized that price was very important to us since we had not planned to be in the market for a new car at this time. We did reach out to other dealers who had a siimilar car but came back to Stepan because of he continued to stay in touch with us and to work with us on the price with his management and the finance team. Ultimately we choose to buy the car from Stepan even though wqe could have secured a better financial deal with another dealership. We were very happy with Stepan's support and his clear knowledge of the car and what we were looking for. More
