A Satisified Customer I recently purchased a 2000 Tundra from New Country Toyota of Westport, CT that I had found online. I live near Charleston, WV so I rented a car and d I recently purchased a 2000 Tundra from New Country Toyota of Westport, CT that I had found online. I live near Charleston, WV so I rented a car and drove about 670 miles to purchase the truck. My salesman was Stepan Halkowycz with whom I had the pleasure of making the transaction. He assured me that I would be purchasing a good, reliable, dependable used truck that would be everything they were advertising and would most importantly, make the return trip home. I wanted to say that I did with no issues! The truck has met all my expectations and more. My purchasing process was for the most part I did all online and over the phone with Stepan. He was very professional and answered all my concerns and requests. He went above and beyond offering assistance with the logistics that were necessary for my purchase. Once I made it there to Westport, they had everything ready for my me. After test driving and allowing me time to look over the truck, I met with the Business Manager Chris O’Connell and in a matter of minutes I was the new owner! Upon my return home, Stepan gave me a call to make sure I had made my return trip back home safe and sound and that my truck had performed well as they were confident it would. I have owned the truck now for a couple weeks and I have been more pleased with this purchased than I were with my 2012 Tundra here in WV! So I found myself in a time crunch to buy another new or pre-owned car. Stepan was very helpful and thorough in providing all the information I needed to make the best purchasing decision for my family. He was available during my time frame to test drive several pre-owned and new vehicles. He never pushed me towards any specific vehicle, and he was pleasant, professional and friendly and more than willing to spend as much time as possible to help me determine which vehicle was right. When I decided upon the 2014 Toyota Highlander and I needed it ASAP, they bumped me to the top of the list in a tight market, and provided me with the exact vehicle I wanted when I arrived to place a deposit on it. Excellent experience from start to finish I came here based on the recommendation and extremely positive experience my girlfriend had getting her car here. Stepan greeted me with enthusiasm and a wealth of knowledge about the car. Prior to finding this car, I had been there two days before and Jeff went out of his way to search as far as Philadelphia to find a car that matched my needs. Stepan even took me on a test drive in his own personal car which was a close match to the car I was looking at. When I ended up making my final choice, in between working the numbers and details down, Stepan spent a good deal of time making sure I had all the information I needed. He was personable and earned even more respect from me being a former Marine, as I am in the USMC Reserves. Both him and Jeff not only took a significant amount of time and effort getting me the best deal possible but they took the time to get to know me, which I think is even more commendable. I've avoided going to dealerships in the past because of the impersonal feeling I would get from the sale staff. I can say without a doubt that this is not the case at New Country Toyota. Their staff go above and beyond to treat their customers as VIPs and I will certainly be recommending them to anyone I know who needs a car and will continue to be back myself. More
