Very disappointed in this dealership and Kiarah’s service. I nearly purchased a vehicle, sent a copy of my license, negotiated price and trade in, and even signed a purchase agreement. Just got our 2nd Rav4 XLE Hybrid in less than a year with them and both times were hassle-free process. Nick Roberts, who took care of us this 2nd time around, was a straight shooter. Promised in early Dec that the unit would be in first week of Jan 2022 and it came even before New Year's day. The rest of the staff at Toyota Westport took care of the rest, from Al who handled the delivery and pickup to the Business Manager, all professionals. More

We just purchased a brand new Toyota Sienna-LE AWD 8-passenger hybrid from Mr. Turner at New Country Toyota. We had a fantastic experience buying the car - all of the staff including Percy (manager), Ricardo (finance), Gabrielle (business manager) and other helpful staff members were there to serve us and address our every need. We visited this dealership in July and Tavon accompanied us on our test drive. We were so impressed by his professionalism and honesty - if he did not know the answer to one of our questions, he would say "I don't know" and he would find out the answer. He was refreshing! That is why I returned to him in September and purchased the car from him. Thank you Tavon and everyone at New Country Toyota of Westport! Please note that dealerrater did not allow me to rate Mr. Tavon Turner - he should receive 5 stars. I did interact with Mr. Russell Duncan who was also outstanding; so he got 5 stars too! More
I have been driving a wide variety of vehicles for more than 15 years and have never written a review for service on my vehicle until now. Two days ago, I heard a clicking noise in my car and took it to Ne than 15 years and have never written a review for service on my vehicle until now. Two days ago, I heard a clicking noise in my car and took it to New Country Toyota service center to be checked. The service center knew my history; I regularly have my car serviced and have kept it in mint condition for the three years that I've owned it. They knew that I recently had a tire repaired and that it was likely something going on with the tire (I told them all this information, and they also had access to it because I went to a certified Toyota service center to have said tire repaired). I asked if I could wait at the dealership, and they told me it would take all day and that I could get a shuttle. I waited ONE HOUR for the shuttle, and by the time I got home I called to check on the status of my car, and my car was ready. They were extremely non-communicative and vague throughout the entire process. I had to pay for a cab to get back to the dealership, and when I finally arrived, they didn't know where my car was and forgot what the make was (I had to tell him it was a Camry). I then had to wait SEVERAL MORE minutes for my service representative to get the key to another car that was blocking my vehicle. Finally, and most egregiously, I was charged $175 for some lug nuts to be tightened--that was literally all the work that was needed. I asked if I could speak to someone about this price, and they said "the manager just left" and that nothing could be done about it. The staff at this location were all extremely unfriendly and did not effectively communicate with me about cost, timing, and expectations. It was complete highway robbery. I have already reported this to the Better Business Bureau as well. Staff and customers were also unmasked inside, and they did not offer any contactless payments--during a pandemic!--as they advertise. Please do not use this service center unless you enjoy being cheated. More
