I needed to replace a vehicle very quickly, negotiate with my insurance company, close out my existing loan with Toyota Finance and initiate a new loan. I ended up in exactly the right vehicle with perfect and painless financing (thank you, Leland Fang) with an insurance assist from Jeff Carrington. The teamwork at this dealership was seamless. My most recent purchase of a 2015 Prius C has been the best of a I am a longstanding customer of sales and service at New Country Toyota of Westport. My most recent purchase of a 2015 Prius C has been the best of a very long list of great experiences with these folks. Mike Ciufo responded quickly to an email request for information; we made an appointment to meet, talk options, and test drive a vehicle the next week. I traded in my 2005 Prius at that appointment and drove home the same day with new registration, new plates, and a just-washed, beautiful, and affordable new car with a full tank of gas! Leland Feng worked through the papers with me, explaining finance and warranty options. And, last but not least, Mike showed me over to the service department, where I set up my first maintenance appointment with the always friendly and efficient Dwayne Taylor. I even got a quick tutorial from Mike on my new navigation, audio, and Bluetooth systems! Everyone was friendly, forthcoming, and beyond helpful. New Country Toyota employers exemplified TRUE gentleman attitude. After our agreement, which both sides was pleased about, they actually found a 2015 Tundra and brought it into the dealership the very next day! I was really expecting to have to wait a couple weeks. Everything went so smoothly, it was just a very easy and painless process. I will definitely continue to do business here and highly recommend other interested buyers to do business with Ricky and bring my vehicles for service even though I have other Toyota dealerships closer to me.
