Russell is a great guy and is truly working for you to help get a good deal. Russell's manager Liam another great guy is defiantly trying to sell you a car but they are totally reasonable they tell you what they can and cannot do on price. He exceeded my expectations, found my perfect car in 24 hours and even texted me a photo of it when it arrived to the dealership which added to my excitement, and then they delivered the car to my house which was very nice! Traded-in a 2003 for a 2015 Rav4, positive experience So I decided it was time to trade in my 2003 Toyota Rav4 for a new one. It had served me well over the years. A simple inquiry online let to fast return phone call by New Country Toyota salesman Mike C. I have him a brief rundown of what I was looking for and we made arrangements for me to come down and have a look to see what was in stock. We were able to locate an in-stock 2015 Rav4 that had the color/features I wanted. His sales approach was non-coercive, which was a good cal on his part. I don't like pushy salesmen. After a test drive and quite a few questions we were getting ready to discuss the costs, fees, and financing. I didn't quite get as much as I wanted for my trade-in, but we were able to meet somewhere close to the middle and compensate by providing a few add-on features for the new Rav4 that I was interested in. So in the end, I left getting what I wanted for what I expected to pay and he got a new customer. All-in-all it was a positive experience and I'd recommend them to anyone else. More

Completely incompetent I went to Toyota dealer in Westport in July 2015 to have a recall issue taken care off. At the time , I also had the check engine light on so I asked I went to Toyota dealer in Westport in July 2015 to have a recall issue taken care off. At the time , I also had the check engine light on so I asked them to check that for me as well while I was there. The verdict was that the intake gasket was had to be replaced . I came back a week later and have it fixed for $ 574.40 . Two days later the check engine light came back on meaning they misdiagnosed the problem – something else was causing the light to be on. I went back to them , they checked it again and they declared this time that the fuel injectors were actually the problem and they had to be replaced too. For an additional $ 1,100…I went somewhere else for a second opinion and it turned out the reason for the check engine light being on was actually a faulty oxygen sensor , a $ 250 fix. So , I almost spent $ 1,100 in addition to the $ 574 already spent for problems that did not exist. More
