Outstanding Human Involvement I came in to see the new Tacoma Limited and I was connected with Mike Ciufo. Although he did not have one in stock he was expecting one very soon. H I came in to see the new Tacoma Limited and I was connected with Mike Ciufo. Although he did not have one in stock he was expecting one very soon. He introduced me to Jeff Carrington the GM, who told me one was coming in the next day or so that was for a customer, but he would call me and I could come down an look at it and possibly drive it (he was going to ask the customer). I work in the retail industry and it was December, so I told Mike and Jeff I was probably not going to get a chance to come back anytime soon... so the offered to drive the car to me so I could see it and drive it- WOW, now thats service! Due to as series of events that didn't work out, but Mike stayed in touch with me and when another one came in a couple weeks later he called and I was able to come down and take a test drive. Throughout the whole process both Mike and Jeff went out of their way to earn my business. I have leased many cars over the years and I have to say that these two gentlemen are committed to making the buying experience as personal as it can be! As I sat in his office Jeff worked his magic to trade a truck he had coming in for the color and truck I wanted. He called several people on their cell phone literally up until the time the dealership closed and was able to get the truck the way I wanted it. Again, I was extremely impressed by both he and Mike's desire to make the customer happy. This is truly what customer service is about! If would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and can't thank Jeff and Mike enough! More

Russell is a great guy and is truly working for you to help get a good deal. Russell's manager Liam another great guy is defiantly trying to sell you a car but they are totally reasonable they tell you what they can and cannot do on price.
