However, I purchased a vehicle at New Country (which changed my way of thinking about car dealerships- in a good way) and just brought my car in for my first oil change. Jeff was very professional and courteous. He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need and was not pushy at all. I felt very comfortable. He even pointed out a problem my transmission was having that I didn't even mention and now it will be fixed. I bought pre-owned certified so I do not have to pay for the repair. I will continue to come here for all my service needs. I do not feel like I am surrounded by sharks like I have everywhere else I have gone in the past. More
