Nick has been our lead salesman and laid out all the appropriate options based on our needs. We have always felt comfortable and never thought we were bring pressed to purchase something we did not want or need. After out first Rav4 lease Nick kept in touch with us over the years and answered any and all questions we had. When it came time to renew, he (and Jeff) presented us with multiple options to transition to the next lease. The process was smooth and quick. We live more than a half hour away from Westport but keep coming back because of the comprehensive sales and service, In a few years I expect we will be back again. You won't be disappointed. More

Nick was very responsive via email to setup an appointment, the car was as-advertised online, and the buying process was much smoother than I have experienced in the past at other dealerships (once we told them we wanted the car, it took only about 5 minutes to agree on the price and terms... in my experience this is usually a much longer process). We had visited multiple dealerships and done our homework and the car seemed very fairly priced. My only criticism is that if you are financing a car, I would recommend shopping around as we found a loan 50 basis points cheaper than what was originally offered to us. I would absolutely recommend Toyota of Westport and will be returning to them for our next car purchase. More
