Easy & nice experience! I met Nick Roberts on my first visit to New Country Toyota. He was friendly & helpful & answered the questions I had. As I narrowed my car search & wa I met Nick Roberts on my first visit to New Country Toyota. He was friendly & helpful & answered the questions I had. As I narrowed my car search & wanted to consider a Toyota Rav4, a friend recommended Nick & NCT & it was most convenient to where I live. I called Nick on my way & he met me & we went for a test drive. He gave me a lot of great input & helped me decide that leasing a car for the first time ever was the way to go. After my visit I researched Trucar & compared prices & decided on the Rav4 XLE that was on their lot. I was able to get some extras that I wouldn't have gotten with the basic LE. I took my daughter back the next morning & leased the car. Nick guided me through all the decisions & Andy gave me the best fair price he could. I filled out a lot of paperwork with Chris & he also guided me through the financial process. I happily traded in my car. Nick got in my car with me & my daughter & helped set up a lot of things. I was thrilled with the new car mats & the full tank of gas!! All in all it was an easy & great experience. Nick made it clear to me that I can call him with any questions or problems & I'm confident he'll help me with anything. I've already recommended NCT & Nick to a friend & will continue to do so. Nick has been our lead salesman and laid out all the appropriate options based on our needs. We have always felt comfortable and never thought we were bring pressed to purchase something we did not want or need. After out first Rav4 lease Nick kept in touch with us over the years and answered any and all questions we had. When it came time to renew, he (and Jeff) presented us with multiple options to transition to the next lease. The process was smooth and quick. We live more than a half hour away from Westport but keep coming back because of the comprehensive sales and service, In a few years I expect we will be back again. You won't be disappointed. More

Nick was very responsive via email to setup an appointment, the car was as-advertised online, and the buying process was much smoother than I have experienced in the past at other dealerships (once we told them we wanted the car, it took only about 5 minutes to agree on the price and terms... in my experience this is usually a much longer process). We had visited multiple dealerships and done our homework and the car seemed very fairly priced. My only criticism is that if you are financing a car, I would recommend shopping around as we found a loan 50 basis points cheaper than what was originally offered to us. I would absolutely recommend Toyota of Westport and will be returning to them for our next car purchase. More
