Awesome service! I went there for some warranty work, they had my car done later that day. Then I heard a heat shield rattle, so I called, they said stop by any time. Jessica knew my name when I walked back in four days later without calling first. I had to look her name up on the sheet. Lol. Anyway, I went for a spin with the mechanic, he heard the sound, I barely had time to make a coffee and it was fixed. Awesome service! And even the sales people are really cool. I talked to Paulo about getting a Sienna awd in the near future, but explained I really wasn't in the spot to do it right now. No pressure at all and he let me look at one of the ones on the lot.
