In order to gain trust, and establish a relationship, such to the extent that a buyer desires to return for another car in the future, the experience should be LOW pressure. The buyer should feel it okay to return several times to look at the same car, knowing full well it could be gone, a risk he should be willing to take, but without having to be reminded of it repeatedly by a pushy sales person. Chris was the right guy for me, was kind, was a gentleman, and was professional, was quick to respond to my concerns, and it made buying a car easier. Thank you Chris! I have to say, when it comes to financing, it is absolutely crucial to have the papers laid out in front of me, explicitly showing the breakdown of numbers before starting the signing process. I need to be given the choice of a warranty and gap insurance, and have a full understanding of what that means and that it is an additional several thousand dollars before starting the signing process.
