My husband and I were both at the end of our lease terms and even though we went in just looking to find out some information on the Highlander for me, we ended up both ending our lease's early, trading in both of our cars and walking away with two new Toyota's for HUNDREDS less than we were both currently paying! What an amazing experience, I mean William was so knowledgeable, polite, and accommodating, he never once made us feel pressured into buying. needless to say when my husband and my leases are up we BOTH will be headed back to William at New Country Toyota in Westport! Once again, their lease prices, customer service, and all-around approach beat out the others dealerships I looked at, from Volvo, to Audi, to Tesla. Russell Duncan, the salesman I have worked with each time I've leased a vehicle there, came through yet again, finding me the color, features, and price I wanted very quickly. And when I told him I wanted the new vehicle in time for a ski trip to VT, he even drove to Boston overnight to pick up the vehicle I had ordered to get it back to me on schedule... without even asking or telling me he was going those many extra miles.
