I purchased two cars in 2019, Supra GR and Tundra 1794 and traded in two cars and had a good experience on all transactions, fair deal and trade in amounts. I personally buy and sell two to four cars a year, I know a serial car buyer! So I know when I'm dealing with a dealership with integrity, rear but they are out there. In my fifty years of buying and selling my cars I have never dealt with a used car manager like the one I dealt with last week, just outright shameful. I should have walked away when he came over to me and said "we're in a bit of a pickle" which translated to I'm not going to give you the price on your trade that was agreed on. Even the salesman had to turn his head away and look at the floor. Anyway... I went to Toyota of Stamford were their on there game, used car manager was a gentleman as with the GM and my sales man too. Don't wast your time or money at this dealership. ...and if no stars was an options I'd have selected it! More
