New Country Toyota contacted me within 5 minuets of my initial contact to them to verify my appointment. The service manager himself (Joe) followed up as well. I waited for them to do a complete check up of my car. They came back with a list of things. Some I was aware of and some I was not. Then gave me suggestions as to the most economical way to correct the issues. They were totally upfront and honest with me. Completely unlike G F Toyota. The waiting area is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The service staff checks on you to see how you're doing and to keep you updated. Everyone knows how expensive it is to take your vehicle to the dealer but at New Country Toyota they make it as painless as possible in every way imaginable. Whenever I have to get my car serviced at a dealer it WILL be going to New Country Toyota. The level of service, friendliness off staff and the communication is out of this world. If I hadn't caught the oil leak they created I would have seized the engine and killed my car. It was down a quart of oil the next day and I had driven less than 10 miles. I had to have the car towed to another repair place. It is still in the repair shop. More
