They were quick and they have an awesome wait area and clean bathroom. One thing I do wish is that they had a car wash and wash your vehicle when I was done. My Tundra was 9,000 miles beyond its warranty when the starter needed to be replaced. Joe and the team in the service department didn’t think twice about the mileage, they replaced the starter at no cost starter needed to be replaced. Joe and the team in the service department didn’t think twice about the mileage, they replaced the starter at no cost to me. That part would’ve cost almost $1000. Nobody beats that customer service. Dropped car off a day prior to appointment as it was convenient for me to do so. New Country must have started service almost immediately as my car was ready for pick up early the following morning. Service intake crew is very customer oriented and friendly and their operation is very efficient. It is a real pleasure dealing with the service department. I highly recommend them. More

Warranty Service Had a small issue with Tundra. Service department got it me right in the next day, diagnosed the problem, discovered it was covered under warrantee a Had a small issue with Tundra. First off I went through a terrible expensive experience with Glens Falls Toyota where they didn't talk to me for days, didn't fix my car, told me "Did you think that you may have to live with it?", then c with Glens Falls Toyota where they didn't talk to me for days, didn't fix my car, told me "Did you think that you may have to live with it?", then charged me almost $600.00 and told me what roads I should stay off of. YES THAT REALLY HAPPENED! I went to New Country Toyota where your greeted by friendly staff, you're treated like a VIP whether you're there for air in a tire or an extensive job. Now I've been chasing sensor issues with my 08 Avalon for months. I decided to take it to New Country Toyota where I was greeted by Eric in service and made a plan to drop it off the following morning. They put one of their best technicians; Ezra on it first thing. I received regular calls from Eric as to the status of the car. When the technician discovered the root of the problem Joe the service manager called me. Turned out the timing chains had way too much play, the gears were worn and the sensors couldn't communicate with each other for the car to function properly. So going over all my options with Joe I chose a new engine with a 3 year warranty. Yes; I'm well aware that was the most expensive way to go other than spending over 75% more and buying a new car. My car is in great shape, I keep up on everything so the new engine was the right decision. Anyhow... The service department treats you like a VIP whether you're there to put air in a tire or for major work done to your vehicle. From the time you walk in you're promptly greeted by whoever sees you first asked if you need assistance and brought to the person that will be helping you. Yeah, nobody points and says go that way; they actually walk you to the person who will be helping you and introduce you to them! The waiting area is comfortable, there's plenty of refreshments and you'll continually be checked on by staff to make sure that you're ok. After making my decision I was introduced to one of the lead technicians, Ezra who was to be performing the work and explained in detail what was wrong with my engine. I have to say; the level of professionalism from the moment you walk in the door to the time you pick up your vehicle is outstanding. New Country Toyota service has it figured out. Customers want to be treated properly, we need communication and need understanding that we are potentially looking at a terrible situation. They made every step of the way as smooth as possible. I'd like to thank everyone at New Country Toyota for their hospitality, professionalism and help through my experience there. More
