Charged us for doing nothing Brought our car in due to the airbag system light turning on. Of course it turned off when we brought it in. We were told they ran a diagnostic test and found no problem. Charged us $85. Light came back on the same day. We brought it back within a few days and they wanted to charge us again to run another diagnostic test, so we said no. Brought the car to Northway Toyota and they found and fixed the problem, even thought the light was not on at the time. Said there was a history of codes in the system. I emailed New Country to complain and was ignored. I spoke to a manager and explained what happened. He refused to admit they did anything wrong and would not make any concessions. If I could give them zero stars I would. More

I would rate them as Good as far as dealerships go. I went in for a basic NYS inspection. I waited just over an hour. When I went to the desk they seemed irrated I had a coupon for free service. I went back to my vehicle to notice that the inspection sticker was placed on the vehicle in a sloppy manner. Not the end of the world but now I have to look at a crooked inspection sticker for a year. The mechanics are always nice to me there but the others there are quite rude and seem annoyed by the mere presence of customers. They seem honest but the customer service skills need some improvement. More
