Usually sales disappears after a purchase but he has always been available if I call and took care of a few minor issues I had. I would 199% buy another car from this dealer and would recommend you go see Sharif. More

NO FOLLOW UP & COMMUNICATION I had two 2012 Mercedes GL350's. I had to get rid of them because I had started an organization & the statement was made that I have a lot of money. Yes I do, but between an accident then MS, my life has not been easy. What prompted me to consider a new car for my wife is that I got a mailer stating that I would get a large credit on a new GLS450. I was shown a paper that shows one or both of the cars that I had bought in 2011 & sold in 2013 were exported in 2014. It is my feeling that I was treated poorly because I am disabled. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. The salesman did not even have the decency to return my phone call that said I would not be able to have the funds until after the first of the Year. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I had driven a GLS450 the prior week at another dealership & liked the car, but the dealer would not lower the price due to demand. To surmise, I will never purchase another More
