Lies. Cheats. Incompetence. Went in for a flat. Asked for an alignment. Charged $30 more than anyone else for the alignment. Applied the incorrect VIN for the alignment (it's on Went in for a flat. Applied the incorrect VIN for the alignment (it's on the printout) and concluded they couldn't do it...But still charged me for it. When another (MB) dealer pointed out their mistake, they denied culpability. The mistake was that they were doing an alignment for a vehicle with standard suspension, My cat is pneumatic suspension. They (DeStefano, Service Mgr.) told me to pack it (in so many words). Now I have to sue them. More

I have had a poor experience with the Parts department at this dealership in the past, so I was anticipating the same today. Well it was quite different because of Ron Chwalek. When I pulled to the service door, Ron, with a cheery disposition, beckoned for me to move forward, greeted me with a smile and ask how he could help. I explained the symptoms of the problem and with no hesitation Ron went work. He knew exactly what the problem was and corrected it right there on the spot. Since I have neither, more likely some air bubbles at last service. All set. That is truly a quick and painless turnaround. Very happy with the dealer and their service team.
