My first experience with New Country Mini in Hartford CT was in November 2011. Right from the beginning they were great. They were great, courteous and knowledgeable. My Mini of choice was ready as promised. Overall my entire purchase was the smoothest I've experienced. New Country Mini is great to their customers; always inviting them back for different events (ie. Mini rides, service clinics etc...). That alone makes the customer feel they matter and that this dealer is not just out for the quick sale and your money. Their service division is the best I have ever experienced. Marissa, Service Concierge rocks it!! She knows her stuff, is extremely pleasant, and has always been any of my many questions. It is a great feeling to know that not only did I finally purchase my first Mini but new Country is still there for me if I need anything. I bought a new convertible Mini from Joe at New Country Mini in Hartford. Joe was considerate, responsive, enthusiastic and thoroughly professional throughout the entire process. He made time to accommodate my hectic schedule despite my occasional need to change plans. He never pressured me to buy what he wanted to sell; rather, he listened to me and steered me toward the perfect car. We drove a couple of models to help determine whether to go for a manual or automatic and whether to go for a hard top or convertible (I never owned a convertible before and needed convincing....) I recommend this dealership and this particular sales professional (and of course, this car!!!!) More

I already own a MINI, but am thinking about buying a new one. This would be my first new car purchase. I know Mike from being at events around the great MINI owner's community, so I visited him to inquire a one. This would be my first new car purchase. I know Mike from being at events around the great MINI owner's community, so I visited him to inquire about new MINI sales. Mike was patient while I poked around inside all of the cars, answered all my dumb questions, and let me test drive a Clubman they had on the lot. Then we went back to his office and spent a long time talking about options and pricing. He took the time to really show me what I wanted to see, and talk to me about all the questions I had about buying a car. He really loves what he does, and you can tell he has a lot of fun working for MINI. He's no-pressure, and really cares about the people he does business with. You can tell that due to the fact that he is on a first-name basis with many of the customers he has done business with at New Country (particularly when he worked in the service dept.) As for the dealership, it was clean and attractive, and had a nice assortment of cars with all sorts of features to check out. There are plenty of cars parked out front, a handful inside the dealership, and a whole bunch more parked out back. I haven't decided wether or not I'm buying one (my own preference, not because of the dealership), but if I do, I'm going back to Mike at New Country. More
