Anthony Otero is without a doubt the most professional and respectful salesman from whom I have purchased a car-ever. I never knew that it could be could be such a pleasant experience. And, to Anthony's credit I returned a couple of times after the sale with some questions and he remained as friendly, interested and helpful as before the sale. I was not buying the most expensive car on the lot but I was certainly treated as if I was. I can't say enough about my positive experience with Anthony and the dealership. service is very bad On July 6th I brought our car for service to the New Country Lexus of Westport service department. The service representative called me few hours late On July 6th I brought our car for service to the New Country Lexus of Westport service department. The service representative called me few hours later informing that I have a problem with the passenger side door glass, and it needs to be replaced. He got my permission to start repair. Also the car went through the scheduled maintenance service. I picked up the car on July 8th and the company charged me $1.784.19 - total. In about one week later I discovered that the replaced glass has not been installed properly. It was rattling and wobbling. I called the service department and explained the problem to the service representative, who was taking care of my car. I explained to him the problem and asked for the company credit taking into account the time I’ve spent already and would spend more. The dealership is located at 25 miles of my office. The representative was very rude to me and categorically refused even considering some options to compensate for my dissatisfaction and time. I asked to switch me to the service General Manager - Mr. Esposito. I left the message on his answering machine explaining my concerns and request. He never returned my call. Now you make conclusions if I go to this dealership again. More

They will work with your budget to find the best possible deal for you. They did not push me for commitment or be pushy on the deals. You can easily walk way not feeling wasting the time. I had set 1500 $ for add ons, but was not able to fit a few things in it. Guess what, they just added all weather mats for free, and also took care of some extra paper work on the title. To top it all, i think i got a decent trade-in for my old 180000+ 2001 Acura 3.2 CL. Thumps up ! More
