Mixed experience We had a good experience purchasing an used Lexus with Anthony, who was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. However, there were a couple things We had a good experience purchasing an used Lexus with Anthony, who was very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. However, there were a couple things that happened after our purchase. First, we realized the spare car remote key didn't work. We had to take time off work to drive to another Lexus dealership, which is closer to where we live, so a new key could be issued. Second, the dealership wasn't able to complete car registration and send us the new license plate before our temporary plate expired (30 days after purchase). Hence, we weren't able to use the car for a few days because of it which was really inconvenient. More
