Professional, Patient, and NOT PUSHY. This was my first time purchasing a car. I needed an affordable car and I needed it quick, so I could report to my new command. 1st time buyer at Lexus of Westport I've owned my RX 350 for 3 days now. Today, day 3, my salesman (Mike Stone) called to inquire regarding my satisfaction with my purchase. I'm thrille I've owned my RX 350 for 3 days now. Today, day 3, my salesman (Mike Stone) called to inquire regarding my satisfaction with my purchase. I'm thrilled with this Lexus product and I'd recommend this vehicle to anyone. I'd also recommend Mike Stone, very knowledgeable, willing to drive me all over Fairfield County to see inventory and generally be there to answer questions too. To back up in time a bit, when we arrived at the dealership 3 days ago, I was informed that the delivery process would take anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours. Delivery would include in order of importance 1) I was permitted to inspect the car inside and out in order to insure that the vehicle was properly prepared for delivery, it was. 2) Process paperwork, refreshments and snacks, nice touch (hand over the check). 3) A technology specialist was assigned to demonstrate and then to instruct me on the use (how to take advantage) of all of the awesome technology this vehicle includes, wow. 4) My salesman appeared towards the end of the demonstration to lend a hand answering questions and assuring our family that if we should have any questions after we leave that they'd be more than happy to set aside time to assist us. 5) Photo op, family, sales and tech staff and Lexy sporting the RED bow. Another nice touch! 3 hours later I drove off the lot fully versed on my new Lexus. I'm very satisfied with the price negotiated, the professionalism and the way we were treated, more like family members than just customers. To sum it all up, I'd have to say "top notch", "satisfying"!!! More

This is my fourth Lexus leased from New C I had the pleasure of dealing with Patrick Lomnitzer and Mario Cortella in the lease of a 2015 Lexus NX 350.
