Would definitely come back to again in the future Patrick did a great job of being patient with our family and answering all the questions we had. He showed us multiple models of the car and never pressured us even once to make a decision. After the first day he only politely asked when would be a good time to follow up and didn't harass my cell phone as most dealers do. I came in a few days later and he stayed late well past closing to help close my deal. Patrick was always available and made plenty of followup calls to make the process as easy as possible. The car was a purchase for my parents and they did whatever they could to help make the surprise as amazing as it was. The Sales Manager, Anthony, was also exceptional in this whole experience and treated us with the utmost respect every time we walked through the door. If I could, I would have bought another car from them and definitely will in the future if I am in the market. More

Sales Manger i have had leases from this dealership for 9 years. They have been terrific (except for a little glitch)They are always quick to solve any challenge a i have had leases from this dealership for 9 years. They have been terrific (except for a little glitch)They are always quick to solve any challenge and are very service oriented. Recently i needed help with my car registration and the Sales Manager, Rick Garcia, helped me tremendously by going to DMV to solve it- instead of me making that trip! I also had a challenge recently with my GPS (as did many people in the US) and they solved it in 5 minutes at their Fairfield facility- they were terrific, as always. Great Workmanship and Good Customer Service. It was time for a Major Service on my Lexus which i didn't want to do myself or any-other local place. I took it Lexus of Westport service after Email It was time for a Major Service on my Lexus which i didn't want to do myself or any-other local place. I took it Lexus of Westport service after Emailing the details to Ken. Rich Bird assisted in scheduling to set it up in my Limited Time (as i work an hour away from Fairfield, CT). Rich is knowledgeable and pleasure to deal with. He communicated via Email/Phone and explained everything upfront. Because of my timing he let me drop my car over the weekend and service was complete by Monday EOB. Which i really appreciate. Thank you for getting this done hassle free. When i dropped my car I met Elias Gonzalez. Yes, i was impressed by his great customer service skills and got me into the loaner sooner than i had anticipated. Gentleman has a great sense of humor :) I got a little bit of attitude & just a tad bit of rudeness from someone when I went back to pickup my car. But i would not bring my rating down for everyone because of someone who might be having a bad day. ;) Just be courteous. Talking about workmanship & repairs. So far everything looks good. I already knew which parts were needed and the Techs did great Job in replacing and servicing. We should not forget Techs,,, Those are the people who do the real thing behind the scenes. Big Thanks to them. More
