After the first day he only politely asked when would be a good time to follow up and didn't harass my cell phone as most dealers do. I came in a few days later and he stayed late well past closing to help close my deal. Patrick was always available and made plenty of followup calls to make the process as easy as possible. The car was a purchase for my parents and they did whatever they could to help make the surprise as amazing as it was. The Sales Manager, Anthony, was also exceptional in this whole experience and treated us with the utmost respect every time we walked through the door.
