My Lexus Experience with New Country of Westport The fellow who drove my newly purchased car to Westport was the GREATEST and the only reason I would return to this dealership or recommend it. Up to that point I had been shifted from sales person to sales person - starting out with Jessica, having come back for an appointment with Jessica only to find out she was with another customer and hooked me up with Anthony - then back to Jessica, then to another fellow and finally with the Manager, I believe. However, the fellow who saved the sale and delivered my car to me in NH was sooo informative, knew the vehicle inside and out, showed me how everything works- unlike the sales people who didn't even know which interiors came with which exterior colors. I had been told by Jessica that my first choice of colors and interior had been located. The next day, it was not available - jerked around - YES - by sales people who were NOT knowledgeable. I knew more than they did with the short research that I did. Shame on them! But Kudos to that wonderful gentleman who delivered my car. I'm sure I have his card in my desk. The group I dealt with were very accommodating. Overall the visit was pleasant ,we were able to get a deal on the vehicle we least. The only throwback was that what I consider to be an insurance policy that in turn I wasn't able to negotiate because they felt it was too late to introduce to me when we were making the deal. At the time of picking up the vehicle was when it was bought to my attention leaving me no room for negotiation. I purchase the policy with some regret. Thank you all I'm very happy with the vehicle.
