I had called earlier that week asking about some cars and his professionalism and knowledge really made an impression. I had two very poor and unacceptable experiences with Hoffman so I figured why not try another dealer before I give up on buying a certified Lexus. When I drove down it was late on a Saturday and the whole staff greeted me as I walked through the showroom. Every member showed that they wanted to be there and enjoy there job which is important in sales. I began dealing with Michal M. And told him what I wanted and what type of budget I wanted to stay in. He didn't try to push a car that was out of my budget which I appreciated. We took a road test which he explained all of the features and showed he had great knowledge of the product. We went inside and met with Alfred the sales manager. He was just as friendly and helpful. These guys really are a pleasure to work with and they don't pressure you like a lot of the other places do. They also don't play games with pricing because they already price their products very well..... trust me I was doing research for weeks. You can definitely be confident in there pricing structure. Now onto the best part. I put a deposit and was supposed to pick up the car later that week. Well my wife was pregnant and we ended up having our baby girl. Most places would have required us to drive down with my wife and do all the paperwork. We had already sold our other vehicle so we only had one . What they did next was one thing I'll never forget. They actually brought the car to the hospital while we were there(over an hour away) and we did all the paperwork there. They are simply the best. I had an emergency and they went above and beyond to make the situation as easy as possible. Wow!! You just don't get that kind of service anywhere. I would recommend not to even bother calling any other dealer. They will not treat you as well as these guys. They even sent the technology expert to pair our Bluetooth and setup the seat settings and whatnot at the hospital. I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT GET BETTER SERVICE ANYWHERE ELSE. My service here was probably the best I've ever received at any retail environment. Friendly knowledgeable staff that care about you and they treat you like part of the family.
