Purcase of Used Lexus My husband and I recently purchased a 2016 Lexus RX 350 from New Country. We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival by Michael Kasemann II, salesman. My husband and I recently purchased a 2016 Lexus RX 350 from New Country. We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival by Michael Kasemann II, salesman. He was very professional and was very patient with our questions. He is fairly new with the company and based on our experience with Michael, New Country is fortunate to have him on their team of salespeople. He assisted with great effort negotiating a fair price with the manager. While we didn't initially accept the managers first sale price, we were able to finalize the sale with an agreeable price with the dealership along with Michael's efforts. When we went to purchase and pick up the car, there was some confusion when we drove to the Westport facility where they house used cars. We were not aware we had to drive to the Fairfield dealership for purchase and pick up of the car. There we finalized the purchase with Joe Jacob, not Michael. Mr. Jacob went through the sale and details of the car purchase. He was very animated and expressed his passion for the Lexus brand. One thing that threw us, was the offer for an extended warranty for the car. It was somewhat pressured for our decision to purchase the extended warranty with no recourse but to purchase the warranty that day. This was not our experience purchasing other vehicles. I think the Lexus corporation or New Country should reconsider their "must purchase today" and they might have more individuals taking up the offer for an extended warranty. Mr. Jacob was also very professional and patient with our concerns and questions. We then met with Allen Moore who introduced us to our vehicle with a big red bow atop! How fun. He went through almost every button, gadget, service that is offered with our Lexus. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and seemed very down to earth. He also was very enthusiastic about the Lexus brand and we were both very comfortable with his explanation of the features of our vehicle. We last met Mr Anthony Ferreri, who assisted me with my concern of the paint chips on the front of my vehicle I only noticed upon purchase of the car. While it is a used car and not expected to be perfect, he and Allen used some touch up paint to appease my concern. All of the employees of New Country were very pleasant to work with. We hope that our ongoing experience with the dealership remains on such a positive note. More

Absolutely Amazing! I just got my care yesterday and am thrilled. This is my first Lexus and I don't know why I waited this long. Jared Epstein my salesman got me exactly what I wanted, at the price I wanted. He instructed me with everything in the car and the maintenance schedule. He kept me informed step by step on delivery. I felt like a child at Christmas when I received my car with a gigantic red bow on top. Jared explained all paperwork and followed up with me the next day to see if I was happy with the car and if I had any questions. So genuine, so friendly. I am telling all my friends, need a new car? Amazing Experience I am currently into my lease three-months, and have never been more happy with my decision. I was referred to Jared Epstein by my cousin who had gotte I am currently into my lease three-months, and have never been more happy with my decision. I was referred to Jared Epstein by my cousin who had gotten a car from him a few weeks prior. From the moment I sat with Jared to discuss and weigh all my options, I felt like I was in the best hands there were. I did not for a minute feel pressured, or that I was being ripped off in anyway. I had visited another dealership in the area who actually made me feel extremely pressured into signing for the same exact make, year, and model ($132.00 More per month, PLUS an extra $3K down). Luckily I did not sign and came to Westport. It was a very easy decision as he gave me several options and worked with me down to the very wire. ANY questions I had he answered me ASAP, and took care of everything for me. There was a bump in the road as far as switching Titles and Ownership paperwork, and he went the extra mile to drive to go get it over 20 miles away. I also got into a car accident on the way to trade my old car in during a blizzard; and he volunteered a came to pick me up to get the new car. I 100% would request anyone going to Jared if they are looking for a great deal and honest service!!! More

I was totally satisfied with my experience with sales staff Although, this was my first visit with this dealership, I felt at home with them. They knew all well that with honest discussion, i would make the right decision to purchase the car. All they wanted to do is to convince me the to buy the right car for my need. All sales staff were very cordial, especially Jessica Delima, who was willing to go extra mile to make sure that i buy the right car. They delivered the car at my house and Allen Moore spent enough time to go over all technical details and complicated working of the vehicle. Ease of Buying I was worried about purchasing a car from Lexus of Westport due to hearing so many negative reports about the dealership and their employees. I was happily surprised when I made contact with the dealership and was able to select and negotiate a car without going into the dealership. I was not harassed by the salesman I contacted. He gave me the information I requested and allowed me to come to a decision whether to buy or not. I was picked up at my home and driven to the dealership to pay for the vehicle I chose by my salesperson. All in all it was a good experience. More
