Amazing experience I started out in the Greenwich dealership where my partner and I waited for almost 20mins for someone to come help us. When we decided to leave the p I started out in the Greenwich dealership where my partner and I waited for almost 20mins for someone to come help us. When we decided to leave the person supposed to help us was standing around looking at a new car model that had come in - clearly we weren't important enough and no one cared that we were leaving. Drove to Westport where the receptionist greeted us warmly, and introduced us within a minute to Jared who in turn introduced us to the various models and took us for a test drive. There was ZERO pushiness and "making the deal" was just a pleasure - can't speak highly enough about Jared and the team. This is my first Lexus and while the electronics are a little intimidating I know he is just a phone call away....highly highly recommend everyone we dealt with at this dealership. More
