My New Lexus200t I still have my Lexus RX300 which is in perfect condition, and it is a 2002. However, I had to test drive the NX200t which is smaller than the RX330/350. I fell in love with it immediately. At first I went to a different Lexus dealer but their price point was way too high among other things that I did not appreciate. I thought I was done with car shopping until I went to Lexus of Westport and got the best deal and customer service! More

Extremely Happy 1st time Lexus Owner Working with the team at New County Lexus at Westport was such a pleasure and very easy experience. Anthony Ferreri and Jared Epstein were so patient Working with the team at New County Lexus at Westport was such a pleasure and very easy experience. Anthony Ferreri and Jared Epstein were so patient and knowledgeable and reassured me that I would love the vehicle. I had a question before I had to return my signed papers and Jared was kind enough to return my call on a Sunday, while he was with his family; Very impressive! 12 years with BMW this would have never happened. They both gave over 200% to ensure that I was happy and comfortable with my decision. I wasn't there in person so Anthony sent me so many pictures, even one with a red bow!! I was told I would love my car and they are right! Anthony and Jared's professionalism and friendliness was above and beyond what I have ever seen at a dealership. I live out of state and they took the time to walk me thru, via telephone, everything in the car. Step by step. I have never purchased a car with such ease. Especially long distance. Excellent, prompt, knowledgeable service I've been to New Country Lexus Service three times. The first two times were for regular scheduled maintenance. Both of these check-ups were perform I've been to New Country Lexus Service three times. The first two times were for regular scheduled maintenance. Both of these check-ups were performed quickly with informative information provided to me after the maintenance was completed. The third time was for a some recall work. Everything went very smoothly. Michael Mordoff, a Senior Advisor, scheduled a pickup for me early in the morning so that all work could be completed on the same day. He explained to me all of the work that needed to be performed for the recall, answered questions that I had, and also performed some routine checkup, fluids, tires, etc. for me. Throughout the process he kept me informed via text and work was completed on schedule. Very pleased with the knowledge and efficiency of the overall service. I also had the opportunity to talk to Michael Buchbinder, the General Manager of New County Lexus who was extremely helpful Thank you to everyone at New County. Highly recommend. More

Purcase of Used Lexus My husband and I recently purchased a 2016 Lexus RX 350 from New Country. We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival by Michael Kasemann II, salesman. My husband and I recently purchased a 2016 Lexus RX 350 from New Country. We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival by Michael Kasemann II, salesman. He was very professional and was very patient with our questions. He is fairly new with the company and based on our experience with Michael, New Country is fortunate to have him on their team of salespeople. He assisted with great effort negotiating a fair price with the manager. While we didn't initially accept the managers first sale price, we were able to finalize the sale with an agreeable price with the dealership along with Michael's efforts. When we went to purchase and pick up the car, there was some confusion when we drove to the Westport facility where they house used cars. We were not aware we had to drive to the Fairfield dealership for purchase and pick up of the car. There we finalized the purchase with Joe Jacob, not Michael. Mr. Jacob went through the sale and details of the car purchase. He was very animated and expressed his passion for the Lexus brand. One thing that threw us, was the offer for an extended warranty for the car. It was somewhat pressured for our decision to purchase the extended warranty with no recourse but to purchase the warranty that day. This was not our experience purchasing other vehicles. I think the Lexus corporation or New Country should reconsider their "must purchase today" and they might have more individuals taking up the offer for an extended warranty. Mr. Jacob was also very professional and patient with our concerns and questions. We then met with Allen Moore who introduced us to our vehicle with a big red bow atop! How fun. He went through almost every button, gadget, service that is offered with our Lexus. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and seemed very down to earth. He also was very enthusiastic about the Lexus brand and we were both very comfortable with his explanation of the features of our vehicle. We last met Mr Anthony Ferreri, who assisted me with my concern of the paint chips on the front of my vehicle I only noticed upon purchase of the car. While it is a used car and not expected to be perfect, he and Allen used some touch up paint to appease my concern. All of the employees of New Country were very pleasant to work with. We hope that our ongoing experience with the dealership remains on such a positive note. More

Jared Epstein my salesman got me exactly what I wanted, at the price I wanted. He instructed me with everything in the car and the maintenance schedule. He kept me informed step by step on delivery. I felt like a child at Christmas when I received my car with a gigantic red bow on top. Jared explained all paperwork and followed up with me the next day to see if I was happy with the car and if I had any questions. So genuine, so friendly. I am telling all my friends, need a new car? Call Jared ..... They won't be disappointed. The experience was absolutely amazing....... More
