My fourth car from Lexus of Westport in 20 years The main reason I keep coming back to this dealership is the quality of its service department, especially Ronnie Goss. Ronnie is the most competent The main reason I keep coming back to this dealership is the quality of its service department, especially Ronnie Goss. Ronnie is the most competent, friendliest, most customer-oriented person I've ever met in the auto industry. My current car, a 2015 RX, had a weird operating glitch that became apparent right after I took delivery of it. Two visits to the shop had not fixed it, On my third visit, Ronnie was my service advisor, and he was determined to get to the bottom of the problem. He was pretty sure he had gotten it fixed (by ordering a replacement part), but he wanted to make sure that I, an older woman, was not being sent home for the weekend with a problem. So he gave me his personal phone number and told me to call him if the problem recurred. Fortunately, three years have passed, and it has not recurred. But every time I take my car in for servicing, Ronnie gives me a big hello and provides the same great customer service. More

I called David Matys who worked very hard on a deal along with the general manager Michael Buchbinder that I was comfortable with and helped me terminate my current Infiniti lease . He is very approachable, frank and upfront. Yuriy was the tech specialist who I helped me with the set up of the car on the day I picked it up. Very polite and helpful too. Glad to be a part of the Lexus family again!!! More

I have never enjoyed car buying in the past and had thus left it largely to my husband, but finally decided to go through the process myself. David made this experience a pleasure for me as he is not a high pressure salesman. He answers emails promptly, is courteous, and walked me through the process. I certainly recommend David. Yuriy Kaklyugin is the polite tech specialist who walked me through my new car on the day of pick up. He is a highly intelligent and affable, and took the time to let me understand what he was doing as he synced my phone, set the GPS, set radio stations, etc. Lexus is fortunate to have someone of this caliber on staff, and I highly recommend Yuriy as well. I travel for work a lot and this vehicle ended up being a "Lemon"dying on the highway 3 times. I happened to pop into Lexus of Westport where I met with David Matys and told him my situation and how I wanted a 4 wheel drive sedan, he showed me the 2017 is300 which I fell in love with. David did everything in his power to work with me financially and allowed me to wait a week to pick up the vehicle until I could surrender my Infiniti with CT Lemon law and get my refund from Nissan. Everyone was very nice and I truly got that family environment feel. David and Anthony were superb. I am very happy to now be a part of the Lexus family! More

Absolutely amazing! Yuriy made my car buying experience like no other dealership I ever been to. When buying a new car you have no clue what the car does.
