Brought the car in for service; they gave me a new key and re-programmed the old one. As it turned out, the "easy access" feature stopped working. Meanwhile, I found my old key. So brought the car back -- they quickly and efficiently reprogrammed the keys, including my old key -- all gratis. Jason speeded me through. Thanks! More

I was met with a smile and a “hello!” from everyone. I needed tires, so I was given different options with varying performance and price ranges by Michael, the service consultant, and the service manager, Kenny. I didn’t feel pressured into buying the most expensive tires, like I have at other dealerships. They provided me with a loaner car, even though I would not have minded waiting in their waiting room. They have comfortable seating, television, beverages and snacks. The great service didn’t stop once I left their doors. Ken provided me with a number to call in case I needed anything and Michael sent me text messages with updates. I even had a few additional questions, which were answered promptly through the text messaging service. Overall, the whole experience was comfortable and effortless. I am making Lexus of Westport my “go to” for buying and service needs. More

I dont want to be overly dramatic but, I phoned into the Service Dept and was given the first available appt. Tom Liacos was my service consultant Friendly and courteous. I handed over the key and silently prayed. I've never been taken back tot he "shop" before and so I knew this couldn't be "good news" I was shown the trouble and was explained the potential problem(s) and then... I was handed a key to a beautiful loaner and assured I would hear something no later than Monday. True to his word, I did hear from Tom. He let me know that the issue was a problem that would be under warranty and he'd stay in touch to let me know when my RX450H would be "good as new!" Here's the thing... I've owned and loved my Mercedes Benz and Audi vehicles in the past. I have never, ever been treated so nicely and professionally as with Tom. Kudos NCLW. You have a 5 STAR employee in Tom Liacos. Service dept goes above and beyond Two weeks ago, I left my office at about 7:15 PM heading home. Low tire pressure light went on. I HAD A FLAT TIRE ! I pulled off into a parking lo Two weeks ago, I left my office at about 7:15 PM heading home. Low tire pressure light went on. I HAD A FLAT TIRE ! I pulled off into a parking lot and called New Country Lexus. Tom, in the Service Dept, answered the phone. He said they would be closing soon, but to please stop by. I was about 5 minutes away from their site. When I arrived, they greeted me warmly and said they would be happy to look at my tire. It would take about 5-10 minutes. (I was simply hoping to have a place to leave my car over-night, and fix or replace the tire in the morning.) Tom returned in less than 10 minutes and informed me that there had been a nail in my tire. They removed it, plugged the tire, re-inflated and returned my car to me. READY TO GO!! What an amazing Service Department ! Truly customer focused. THANK YOU NEW COUNTRY LEXUS OF WESTPORT!! More
