His estimate and honesty throughout the entire process was not only professional but genuine. My car needed some extensive repairs and I was not sure of making the repairs or upgrading to a newer model. He reassured me that if I upgraded to a newer model that Lexus would reimburse me up to $1000 for that service visit. Tom has now made me a life long customer and just wanted to let everyone know how great he is and the dealership is. More

Ronnie is the most competent The main reason I keep coming back to this dealership is the quality of its service department, especially Ronnie Goss. Ronnie is the most competent, friendliest, most customer-oriented person I've ever met in the auto industry. My current car, a 2015 RX, had a weird operating glitch that became apparent right after I took delivery of it. Two visits to the shop had not fixed it, On my third visit, Ronnie was my service advisor, and he was determined to get to the bottom of the problem. He was pretty sure he had gotten it fixed (by ordering a replacement part), but he wanted to make sure that I, an older woman, was not being sent home for the weekend with a problem. So he gave me his personal phone number and told me to call him if the problem recurred. Fortunately, three years have passed, and it has not recurred. But every time I take my car in for servicing, Ronnie gives me a big hello and provides the same great customer service. More
