They got me right where I wanted to be price wise which was my deciding factor for the lease. They even got me out of my old lease early without any penalty from the other brand. I am very happy with my my overall experience and I love my Lexus. More

David Matys - and our experience at New Country Lexus We went on a search for possible new vehicles for our oldest son, as we began researching various options, and styles, we all came to love the Lexus, We went on a search for possible new vehicles for our oldest son, as we began researching various options, and styles, we all came to love the Lexus, which my mother Ann DeFrancesco had purchased from your Dealership, and had spoke tremendously highly of her sales rep David Matys. We pursued that option, and while we live in Northford, Ct. and have many options a little more locally, we went on this referral, and were blessed beyond we even expected. When we contacted Dave, and talked about all the options, he was a professional, very courteous, never felt pressure or brushed off, as if he was only looking to make a sale, he was looking to make a relationship, and wanted truly what was best for our son. Dave represents New Country with great leadership, and he gave us all options, which we decided on a lease. We love the car, and hope to continue doing business together in the future. Rude Pre Owned Manager I was shocked that anyone, much less the “manager” of a Lexus dealer, would be so rude and dismissive. The car adversited was essentially fully loaded I was shocked that anyone, much less the “manager” of a Lexus dealer, would be so rude and dismissive. The car adversited was essentially fully loaded and when I arrived to test drive it I found a stripped down vehicle. I was simply told it was an I.T. error. The conversation ended when Chad told me he didn’t need business - he wouldn’t sell to me. He didn’t offer another vehicle or make any attempt to make good on the falsely advertised car. Buyers please beware of this dealership and Chad. UPDATE The manager from Lexus called to apologize for my experience and went above and beyond to try and remedy the problems I encountered. Although I will not be purchasing a car from this dealer I appreciated his efforts. I stand by my review of the pre owned manager and related experience. More
