Amazing customer service ! we can all understand that buying a car may be a little nerve racking, Surprisingly not with dealing new country of Lexus. from the first phone call w we can all understand that buying a car may be a little nerve racking, Surprisingly not with dealing new country of Lexus. from the first phone call with Dondre he explained and made sure that we had everything in order. he was very responsive to my needs with the sale with out being to aggressive on making the sale which me more comfortable. Dondre also made sure to see what was my needs were all answered and made sure I didn't leave without anything un answered. on the Finance side Mario was step by step with me and didn't leave any gaps with the finance paper work. He was very detailed with the numbers and made the numbers work for your budget. Mario made sure that I understood everything I was signing for. what a amazing job from both sales and finance team. great team work. Re-programming my keys Had lost an electronic key but had bought key insurance when I bought the car. Brought the car in for service; they gave me a new key and re-programm Had lost an electronic key but had bought key insurance when I bought the car. Brought the car in for service; they gave me a new key and re-programmed the old one. As it turned out, the "easy access" feature stopped working. Meanwhile, I found my old key. So brought the car back -- they quickly and efficiently reprogrammed the keys, including my old key -- all gratis. Jason speeded me through. Thanks! More
