They tracked down the vehicle we were looking for at another Lexus dealership in NJ and had it for us within a few days. They also managed to see that we received a $1,500 Lexus rebate that became available unbeknownst to us. Chris has continued to help us out post purchase. The service dept is also a pleasure to visit...they are attentive, quick and very competent. All in all, its been a very good experience and I recommend this dealership to anyone interested in a Lexus. More

Yurly, too, was and clear in his explanations of the various dashboard signs and the use of the mouse, and he was patient with my steep learning curve. This attitude ultimately causes fewer new Lexus vehicles to be sold. Lexus company suggestions to dealers to refuse negotiations is burying their heads in the sand. I contacted many dealers who never answered my request for consideration. Check the highest volume dealers and the value of technology and online sales is a valuable part of higher unit movement. New Country Lexus of Westport is a terrific dealership with truly caring and professional staff who reflect great credit on the Lexus Company, their dealership and themselves. It is a pleasure to interact with them and we were able to find common financial ground when many other dealerships would not even talk to me. More

Michal was always prompt in his reply via either email, text , or phone call, which ever method of communication I preferred at my employment or home. I had received an invitation from Michael Buchbinder with a cash incentive for my past 10 years of loyalty to Lexus of Westport, now know as New Country Lexus of Westport. The car model was easy, but the color selection was a toss up. We waited a few days until, what I thought would be the winning color, only to select the first choice of a black metallic called caviar. Hats off to Jared, Anthony and Mario for making this sale first class. More
