My wife and I came back the next day and while we didn't know much about the product line, Hector rode in several vehicle with us, educating us on what was available and the features of all the cars. A nice selection of pre-owned cars in Fairfield made it possible for us to find a car just right for us. Hector was a great advisor, very patient, friendly and informative. No high pressure, offering just what we needed to make our decisions. By Saturday we were ready to buy and Hector made sure we could drive away with the car same day, and even made the trip himself to the main office to obtain CT plates. And then while we waited for paperwork, he stayed and talked with us and we all got to know each other better, and and he made sure we understood how the buying process works at NewCountry and introduced us to how their service department operates. The best car buying experience I've had in 40 years of car buying by far. I recommend anyone reading this to go to NewCountry's Fairfield location and work with Hector Diaz, you'll be glad you did. Beny Arias is the Business Manager now. Beny was in Sales when I leased the last car. He is a real pleasure to work with. An impressive thing about New Country Lexus is that other functions of the business were represented in the sales process. I like Jeff King, the Service Manager. He gets things done. Bob Levenson, the VP, I had not met before. But Bob promised to do something for me that I have wanted for a long time.Last but not least, Liz, the Technology guru, explained how to use the many new features on the 2023 RX350. I actually had to go through a Training process before I could drive the new RX350 off the lott. I really like the new Technology even though it takes some getting used to. I am enjoying the experience. Nobody is forcing it on me. Last but not least, I trust Chris and the New Country staff to give me the training and support that is necessary. My experience with this dealership is that they take care of me and they don’t act like they are doing me a favor. If that’s what you want, I predict you will be glad you gave them the opportunity.
