We had been searching for months for the perfect 2022 GX460. It had to be the Luxury model with a grey exterior and a black interior. We finally found the car online, and immediately called and spoke to Hector Diaz. Hector and his team made the whole process incredibly easy. Everything was handled over the phone. We put down a $1000 deposit to hold it for us. We live in the Houston, Texas area, so we quickly got a flight to Hartford, and from there the process was simple. The car was sitting out front with the big red bow on top. We signed the paperwork and began our adventure driving back to Texas. We couldn't be happier with the whole experience. A nice selection of pre-owned cars in Fairfield made it possible for us to find a car just right for us. Hector was a great advisor, very patient, friendly and informative. No high pressure, offering just what we needed to make our decisions. By Saturday we were ready to buy and Hector made sure we could drive away with the car same day, and even made the trip himself to the main office to obtain CT plates. And then while we waited for paperwork, he stayed and talked with us and we all got to know each other better, and and he made sure we understood how the buying process works at NewCountry and introduced us to how their service department operates.
