This matter was investigated promptly and they found the solution. I was dropping the car off just before closing and the Service Advisor, Ms. Lisa Bara, took her time and explained everything about the service. She also followed up by several text messages and videos to show the progress of the service. When I picked up the car, again near closing, Service Advisor, Mr. Jeff King, explained what had been done to the car during the service. I would certainly recommend New Country Lexus of Westport to service your needs. More
