I am writing because the New Country dealership in Westport, CT was the best dealership I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. From my very first phone call with Liz to my multiple visits to test drive the car and work through pricing and financing options, Liz, Benny, Ricki, Mario, and the gentleman from IT who patiently explained the infotainment/apple CarPlay/navigation system—everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. The reason I did not buy a Lexus NX had absolutely nothing to do with New Country. I chose the Audi Q3 because the infotainment system was easier to work with and the screen was higher quality. However, if I could have purchased the Q3 through Liz and her colleagues at New Country I absolutely would have. The lease of my husband’s MDX ends on October 1st and I look forward to returning to New Country and hope that he has better success shopping for a Lexus than I did. Highly recommend this dealership! While working with Kwesi there was never a time where we felt pressured or unsure about moving forward with the purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any of our family/friends or to even purchase another vehicle from him in the future. Our loan was processed with Gabrielle from the finance department and she was a pleasure to work with as well. Gabrielle took the time to listen to the terms we were seeking and did everything she could to help meet our demands. While sitting with her one on one she was very friendly and personable. We did have one issue after getting the vehicle home but Michael Moczulski went above and beyond to assist my husband with fixing the problem. I just can't praise the lovely 3 individuals that helped us enough. It's one thing to finally have the car we wanted but to also be accommodated by a great team of sales/financial advisors just made the experience even better. The car was over one hour late and the transaction was not as expected as it should have been in two names and unaware that both parties had to be present and no paperwork given other than the registration and purchase order in a folder. Getting the car home there were several flaws not addressed prior to pick up. Had to bring the car back two more times with no loaner available which caused quite an inconvenience. Detailing should have paid more attention to this. Kwesi did his absolute best to accommodate us and for that I am appreciative. Overall I am very happy now that I have had the car for two weeks and love the ride!!! More
