He was very transparent to me about pricing, which only consisted of the car price, mandatory Dealer Purveyance Fee (to handle processing), sales tax, and registration. He also spent me the vehicle spec sheet so that I could review and make sure it had all of the features I wanted. Paolo squeezed me in for a 930 AM appointment on a Saturday and I drove 2 hours from Central NJ to check out the vehicle. After a test drive around the block a few times, I decided to purchase the car and the only fees in the price were the ones Paolo mentioned during my initial call. Paolo initially said that I would have to come back for the vehicle since they already had a full day of deliveries. But after I told him that I drove 2 hours for the car, he managed to squeeze me in to bring home the car same day. I ended up waiting until 6 PM to take home the car, but this long wait was completely understandable since I was not initially supposed to be able to take home the vehicle that day. Paolo made sure to check in with me throughout the day as I waited. As we finalized the paperwork, I found out that the dealership performed the 30k miles service on the car before putting it up for sale, even though the car only had 29k miles. I couldn't be happier with the car, the dealership, and Paolo's sevice. It was worth waiting all day since the dealership went out of their way to accommodate me. 100% WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! More
