I truly experienced amazing service and the reality of having a great car buying experience exceeded all of my expectations at New Country of Westport!! For years I had dreamed of getting a Lexus from New having a great car buying experience exceeded all of my expectations at New Country of Westport!! For years I had dreamed of getting a Lexus from New Country because every beautiful luxury car I ever saw in CT and NY had a license plate frame that stated “ Discover New Country” . I finally discovered my NX300h at New Country and hauled my way down from MA to find that my vehicle looked even more immaculate in person! My experience with Josue, Hector and Dondre was SECOND TO NONE and I'd be happy to recommend them all as well as this dealership at anytime. They were as excited as I was about getting my NX! This is what this expereince should be like and these gentlemen just straightup deliver! As a lifelong loyal Toyota customer, I'm honored and blessed to own such an amazing machine that I fully trust will serve me as incredibly as all my Toyotas. Lexus for life! He helped us find the perfect one and never rushed us. We test-drove it twice, and both times, he took his time explaining all the features clearly. Since we’re new to the city, Jamie also showed us around a bit while we were driving, pointing out cool places with a lot of enthusiasm. He even spent more time with us than planned, just to make sure we were good. Plus, he tried to learn a bit of our language, which was really nice. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would! Dondre Clark, the business manager, was nice too and made everything smooth. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend these guys! More
John Powers, was an excellent Sales Rep. Clear, great follow up, and gave accurate data on inventory and availability. It was the worst dealership I ever visited. I recently purchased a Lexus RX 350 from New Country Lexus of Westport, and my experience was just excellent. From our first step into the showroom, our salesman, Mark Milostan, worked with us through the process. He listened to what I wanted, discussed various options, cars, He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and (most important) patient. The entire staff was exceptional. From the selection process, financing process (Beny) and delivery of the car, it all added up to a wonderful experience. They spent the time explaining the options, the perks of being a Lexus owner there and explaining the technology in the car. They also gave me a few days and then followed up to see if I had more questions. It was a great shopping experience and I love my car. More
I am very disappointed with the complete lack of communication and follow-through from the Lexus parts center at New Country Lexus of Westport, CT. I have had multiple frustrating experiences dealin communication and follow-through from the Lexus parts center at New Country Lexus of Westport, CT. I have had multiple frustrating experiences dealing with this parts center, and their poor customer service is unacceptable. The first issue I encountered was when I went to the parts center for a windshield replacement. After I had made the appointment, the staff member, Chris, told me they actually don't do a good job with windshield replacements and recommended I go through my insurance instead. This would have been helpful information to have upfront before I made the 25 mile drive to the dealership. The second problem arose when I asked Chris about getting a left rear sensor repaired. He said he would order the necessary parts and let me know, but he never followed through. I had to call the parts center three times over the past three weeks to check on the status, and still have not received any update from them. This parts center has provided the worst Lexus service I have ever experienced. The lack of clear communication, failure to follow up on orders, and general disregard for customer needs is unacceptable. I should not have to chase down the staff multiple times just to get a basic update on a parts order. At this point, I will be taking my business elsewhere. The Lexus parts center at New Country Lexus of Westport has demonstrated a complete inability to provide competent and professional customer service. I strongly advise anyone in need of Lexus parts or service to avoid this dealership at all costs. More
