While working with Kwesi there was never a time where we felt pressured or unsure about moving forward with the purchase. Our loan was processed with Gabrielle from the finance department and she was a pleasure to work with as well. Gabrielle took the time to listen to the terms we were seeking and did everything she could to help meet our demands. While sitting with her one on one she was very friendly and personable. We did have one issue after getting the vehicle home but Michael Moczulski went above and beyond to assist my husband with fixing the problem. I just can't praise the lovely 3 individuals that helped us enough. It's one thing to finally have the car we wanted but to also be accommodated by a great team of sales/financial advisors just made the experience even better. The car was over one hour late and the transaction was not as expected as it should have been in two names and unaware that both parties had to be present and no paperwork given other than the registration and purchase order in a folder. Getting the car home there were several flaws not addressed prior to pick up. Had to bring the car back two more times with no loaner available which caused quite an inconvenience. Detailing should have paid more attention to this. Kwesi did his absolute best to accommodate us and for that I am appreciative. Overall I am very happy now that I have had the car for two weeks and love the ride!!! More

Kwesi was friendly and engaging and listened to what I was looking for, was knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and very thorough in outlining the features of the different cars I was looking at. He didn't try to oversell me, and he was also very transparent about next steps and timelines. I also appreciated the customer care from the entirety of the dealership (very friendly and seemed genuinely appreciative we were there), and Gabrielle continued the strong level of customer service through the business-end of the sale. I never buy extended warranties or add-on packages, but given the level of customer care I received, I felt confident that having my new car continue to be seen/serviced by this dealership would keep me in good, trustworthy hands.
