I was very disappointed by the service at this dealership. It took them five weeks to process my purchase because they continuously made mistakes with paperwork, did not respond to my emails and p dealership. It took them five weeks to process my purchase because they continuously made mistakes with paperwork, did not respond to my emails and phone calls, even made me wait three hours past an appointment time. I am not typically the kind of person who leaves a review but the customer service here was awful. While the salesman was always pleasant, his associates were not and I was even scolded for making a down-payment. After a few weeks I contacted a manager to explain the situation in hopes of expediting the process and he never responded to any phone calls I made and when I sent an email it was disregarded as well. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Maybe if I wasn't purchasing a used car through them and buying a new vehicle they would be better, but there are no excuses for the poor quality of service here. That being said, they never wavered on the price of the car and the vehicle was in excellent condition when I came to pick it up. I just wish the rest of the process had been as good. More

This is regarding the used car shop. I emailed three times through the website and never got a response. I called on the third day and was told I’d get a call back. I am writing because the New Country dealership in Westport, CT was the best dealership I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. From my very first phone call with Liz to my multiple visits to test drive the car and work through pricing and financing options, Liz, Benny, Ricki, Mario, and the gentleman from IT who patiently explained the infotainment/apple CarPlay/navigation system—everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful. The reason I did not buy a Lexus NX had absolutely nothing to do with New Country. I chose the Audi Q3 because the infotainment system was easier to work with and the screen was higher quality. However, if I could have purchased the Q3 through Liz and her colleagues at New Country I absolutely would have. The lease of my husband’s MDX ends on October 1st and I look forward to returning to New Country and hope that he has better success shopping for a Lexus than I did. Highly recommend this dealership!
