I want to let you know about the wonderful experience I had at New Country with this car purchase. You should know that Hector and I have been emailing about cars I have been following on Carfax and yo had at New Country with this car purchase. You should know that Hector and I have been emailing about cars I have been following on Carfax and your website for a few months. He was always patient, attentive and communicative. Other salesmen would have grown frustrated by the lack of a sale. He is the main reason I came to this dealership (+ your pricing). You should know I live in NY about 45-60 minutes away. There is a Lexus dealership in Mount Kisco (15 minutes away) and White Plains (30 minutes away) but I still came to Westport/Fairfield because of Hector. I arrived at 1030 am Monday, Memorial Day without an appointment. Hector greeted me and I was in a car test driving within 15 minutes. Within the hour we were working on the deal. It was all easy and done with a smile. I also know Hector went and personally brought the car to a car wash to have it cleaned since the plan was to take it the same day and the detail team was not in for the holiday. Above and beyond. Lastly, Josh the Business Manager completed the positive experience. He was also patient and personable and worked hard to get me the best deal. I have never had such a good experience in the financial room on a car buying experience. My past meetings have usually been combative. So overall I am thrilled with the purchase and transaction. The only negative I must admit was the very high dealer fee of $795. I know the group sets this but it was exxcessive on a pre-owned car. If the team was not so nice I may have walked over it. I will be recommending friends and family to make the trip to CT and will be back for other cars when needed. My wife is already talking about getting in a Lexus. Best, Rob D More

I can not say enough positive things about my experience with Kwesi and Lexus as a whole. When I walked into the dealership, I thought I was just there to “test drive some cars”. Kwesi is someone who was tr with Kwesi and Lexus as a whole. When I walked into the dealership, I thought I was just there to “test drive some cars”. Kwesi is someone who was transparent about costs, kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Kwesi was patient and answered any and all of my questions (there was A LOT). Having been uncomfortable in past dealerships, I can honestly say I have never felt more comfortable and happy about being in a car dealership. From the GM to the finance department, the experience as a whole far surpassed my expectations and I’m now a proud owner of a Lexus. More
I just purchased a car from this leader 3 weeks ago, I was waiting for my registration paperwork (I am in NY) to inspect and register my car. I was told this car was never been in an accident, and when I was waiting for my registration paperwork (I am in NY) to inspect and register my car. I was told this car was never been in an accident, and when I questioned why the back washer wasn't working, I was told by the Salesperson Kwesi Osafo, that he wasn't familiar with an Audi. Well, to my surprised they sold me a damaged car. I took it to the Audi Dealer in NY and I was told the car had been in some kind of accident the the cables on the back washer and back camera were switch, and it will cost $380 plus tax to fix. I also were told the front tires were old and I need a new ones, and the license rear plate bracket was stripped by Lexus, and it will cost another $300 plus tax to fix. I have been trying to contact them to let them know about this, and called multiple time and left many messages, and I am yet to get a reply back. Also, they knew about the accident, but they knew it take 30 to 60 days for it to be posted on Carfax, so they were rushing to do the deal, before it was posted. Now I am stuck with a vehicle that had an accident, and I will have to deal with the loss when I try to sell the car. Definitely I will NOT ever recommend anyone to this dishonest and poor customer service dealership. The worse experience ever!!!! More

Amazing customer service from beginning to end. Very knowledgeable staff, including the receptionist. The whole process took about an hour which includes the test drive. Our sales rep Dondre, was super- knowledgeable staff, including the receptionist. The whole process took about an hour which includes the test drive. Our sales rep Dondre, was super-amazing. He explained every detail meticulously. We were treated like royalty, despite showing up in our 19 year old Nissan Altima. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who’s looking for a quality vehicle, and interactions with professional people. We are extremely happy with our used 2011 Lexus ES 350.
