It was a pleasure dealing with the staff and management at New Country Lexus of Westport. My sales representative John Blank was both courteous and professional at all times. He answered all my questions about the vehicle and worked hard to meet my comfort zone with price. He did all of this without ever making me feel pressured or otherwise uncomfortable. The general manager Mike Buchbinder was also very understanding of my needs and went above and beyond to meet them. The day of pickup was a breeze. John Blank gave me a thorough walk-through of the car's features, including syncing my iPhone with the car's Bluetooth capability. Additionally he introduced me to the service center tech Ronnie Goss so I know who I'm dealing with come service appointment time. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently by Ricky Garcia and I was out the door in just over an hour and 15 minutes total. My overall experience with New Country Lexus of Westport was fantastic and I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Lexus. More

I came to the New Country Lexus of Westport because I received a call from Paul-Michael Palacios. This was in response to a customer inquiry I made via email. I had visited New Country a few months befo received a call from Paul-Michael Palacios. This was in response to a customer inquiry I made via email. I had visited New Country a few months before and was not satisfied with the deal presented to me at that time. I was impressed with the concerned and friendly call from Paul-Michael and decided to follow up. I live almost an hour away. Paul-Michael made an excellent presentation and was very knowledgeable and interested in making a deal with me. I must say I am 80 years old and not an easy person to satisfy especially when it comes to spending. He was very patient, more than was to be expected. We spent almost two hours negotiating and I wound up purchasing a Lexus with far more equipment than I originally wanted. I was very satisfied and I can assure you if it were not for Paul-Michael the sale would not have happened. He made no less than three trips to management when I was haggling over the final offer and it paid off. He impressed me with his clear knowledge and understanding in his presentation when we went over the complex features that an old guy like me has a lot of difficulty with most of the time. Anthony Otero made my most recent car buying experience, a true experience. He was VERY informative, VERY helpful, VERY mindful of my time constraints and an all around excellent sales person. He was a breath of fresh air that I would not have expected walking into a car dealership. I can appreciate that Lexus is bringing some top notch sales people into a dealership that has struggled with customer service in the past. I called early feb to find more information about the availability and out the door price of and Lexus rx awd. After speaking with him only a brief time because my questions seemed to be wasting his time. I asked a few pricing questions and he laughed. I had to hang up on this man. I was highly insulted by the way i was treated. I proceeded to another dealership where I was taken seriously. Perhaps it was because I'm a woman? Either way. The man I spoke with would have me tell anyone who asks to go to any other Lexus dealer they can find if they want a Lexus. More
