Jeff King and his staff went above and beyond the standard service. Not only have we received great service since we moved to CT in 2008, but last week deserves the highest accolades. We mistakenly standard service. Not only have we received great service since we moved to CT in 2008, but last week deserves the highest accolades. We mistakenly left a wallet full of cash, credit cards, and driver's license in the loaner car. We did not realize it until the service was complete and we were set to pay the invoice. Once discovered, Jeff and the team at the service desks called the person who took the loaner after us, and located the wallet inside the car. They then contacted one of the technicians who was dropping a vehicle off in the vicinity, and dispatached him to the home where the loaner was parked. He retrieved the wallet, and after some anxious time on our part, returned the wallet to us completely intact. I can not imagine any other dealer making this sort of effort for a customer. Please commend Jeff and the service personnel for us. We thanked them, but hope the senior management team takes a few minutes to thank them for us. More

Very friendly and expereinced staff. Willing to take as much as time as necessary to answer questions. Audri provided quick responses to e-mails and phone calls and was very understanding. It was a pleasure dealing with the staff and management at New Country Lexus of Westport. My sales representative John Blank was both courteous and professional at all times. He answered all my questions about the vehicle and worked hard to meet my comfort zone with price. He did all of this without ever making me feel pressured or otherwise uncomfortable. The general manager Mike Buchbinder was also very understanding of my needs and went above and beyond to meet them. The day of pickup was a breeze. John Blank gave me a thorough walk-through of the car's features, including syncing my iPhone with the car's Bluetooth capability. Additionally he introduced me to the service center tech Ronnie Goss so I know who I'm dealing with come service appointment time. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently by Ricky Garcia and I was out the door in just over an hour and 15 minutes total. My overall experience with New Country Lexus of Westport was fantastic and I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a Lexus. More
