What I like most is that it doesn’t really feel like a typical car dealership. I never felt like anyone was trying to “sell” me a car. Anthony understood pretty quickly that he didn’t need to convince me to buy an RX 350. I already knew what I wanted. His job was really to help me understand my options, and he did that extremely well. I told him what I wanted, what I didn’t want, and what mattered to me, and he worked from there. Michelle in finance was also great. I came in with very specific expectations for my trade-in and my monthly payment, and I definitely wasn’t shy about them. 😂 We did have some back and forth over the trade value and how the numbers were being calculated, but what I appreciated was that we could actually talk about it. She listened to what I was trying to accomplish, explained the numbers, and worked with me until we got to a deal I felt good about. She even gave me a discount. I also appreciated her transparency about the optional extras, including the ceramic coating and VIN etching. She explained what they were, what they cost, and gave me the information to decide for myself. I never felt like anything was being hidden or slipped into the deal. That’s probably why I came back for Lexus #2. I’m a pretty informed buyer and I ask a LOT of questions. I don’t need someone to sell me something. I need someone to listen, be transparent, give me my options, and then let me make the decision. Anthony and Michelle both did exactly that. Very happy with my new RX 350 and with the experience. I’ll be back when it’s time for Lexus #3. More
