I really hate buying a car. The whole experience. However, this was not the case this time...I absolutely love my car. Rish was very knowledgeable about the car. The sales people were very responsive and helpful during the sale process. There was an issue with the trunk release mechanism, which was corrected after a few phone calls. I felt I was "on my own" when I the sale process. There was an issue with the trunk release mechanism, which was corrected after a few phone calls. I felt I was "on my own" when I was tryting to get the issue resolved, but after I read the manual for the car, I found there was an overide buttion located in the glove box. If this had been explained to me after my first phone call, it would have saved some frustration. Overall, I was very pleased however, and this was a minor issue. More

I have driven a Lexus ES for over 15 years, mainly because I liked the comfort and dependability of the car. I also have dealt with other dealerships and found Lexus of Westport to be the most consumer friendly. We have used them to buy our daughter's IS250, my husband RX, and my last 3 leases.
