I never felt pressured, as is often the case at some dealerships. I also noticed a certain laid-back atmosphere surrounding New Country. There was none of that frantic, rush around, loud voices and general turmoil that I've encountered at other dealerships. I had the feeling that Mario is quite willing to help me digest all those features of my new RX, even if I have to return to him for further explanations. He even offered to come to my garage to help set up my opener if I should have trouble doing it myself. He exhibited a very professional appearance and mannerisms that produced confidence in his knowledge of the products he was selling. I would refer others to him with complete confidence. More

Due to a very tight schedule between work and kids, delivered the car directly to our house and picked up the old car. He went through all the details of the new 2013 RX, switched out the plates, worked with our insurance agent, and continuously followed up even offering to come out to our house again to drop off forgotten items in our old Lexus lease and set up our garage door opener and walk us through any additional questions. I would definitely recommend Lexus of Westport as well as Mario and Ricky. Mario definitely reassured me that I can always reach out to him for any questions whatsoever. I also met briefly with the Technology specialist Jay Stokois when I came in to sign paperwork. He was also very informative. We had an RX 2010 Lease and upgraded to the RX2013 lease. there are definately some great enhancements in the new vehicle and happy with the decision we made to stay in a Lexus. More
